Salted chicken porridge @ Jeff Lee Kitchen, Sungai Buloh

Paku salad at Jeff Lee Kitchen, Sungai Buloh. Real crunchy paku salad with sweet and sour dressing. This is the only place that LC knows of that serves the paku vege this way. In the background is the "chew pai mien" which is like wanton noodles with minced pork. Doesn't look like much but quite tasty. There was a huge crowd so we had to wait about 45 mins before the fish dish which was the noodle arrived. That is why there isn't a nice pic of it :)

Sweet n Sour Pork @ Jeff Lee Kitchen, Sungai Buloh. All time favourite dish to order when eating out. Anthony Bourdain named it the favourite westernized Chinese food. We all love it.

Starbucks Dark mocha frappucino and triple shot espresso.

Lazy Sunday morning. Dark mocha frappucino and triple shot espresso. Other days we have to rush to work so it's always homemade.  We requested for less sugar.

Sizzling Kampua- Sarawak

This delicous meal was posted by my friend from Sarawak,  He was having this nice sizzling kampua and thought of posting the kampua picture to Food Chat FB group.

According to Ling, there are actually 2 main variety : kolok new (Kuching ) & foochow kampua (dry noodles ). It is served with fried chicken and brocolli.

In west Malaysia, wanton noodles is tossed in dark soya sauce. And served with sliced char siu.

Kimchi Fried Rice

Very simply fried rice.  Just add homemade kimchi into the fried rice, Sprinkle some cut fresh spring onions and to top that,put a nice piece of fried egg cow’s eyes style.
