Sizzling Kampua- Sarawak

ling1This delicous meal was posted by my friend from Sarawak,  He was having this nice sizzling kampua and thought of posting the kampua picture to Food Chat FB group.

According to Ling, there are actually 2 main variety : kolok new (Kuching ) & foochow kampua (dry noodles ). It is served with fried chicken and brocolli.

In west Malaysia, wanton noodles is tossed in dark soya sauce. And served with sliced char siu.
